Paint and Sip: Wine Glasses

Participants will choose from 4-6 different designs for inspiration. In this workshop, you will make two handpainted glasses (included with fee) for yourself or make them as a gift for someone else! Grab a friend, bring a bottle of wine, and come for a night of creativity, cheese, crackers and fun.

Want to learn how to draw & illustrate with pen & ink in the art-deco-style? Enjoy the fun of working with a croquil pen, rapidographic, and micron pens to create black & white images. Learn the fun of seeing positive and negative space in everyday or imagined places. Discover the beauty of pen & ink drawing and create dramatic black & white images, figurative, realistic, design or abstracts.

Wet Feltmaking Workshop
Join textile artist, Christine Vogensen, for this Beginning Wet Feltmaking class. In this three hour class, students will
learn how to combine merino wool, soap and water to create a colorful bowl. This is an active and hands on class during which students will use their arms and shoulders to repeatedly roll and manipulate the wool (much like rolling out cookie dough.) Students will leave class with a completed project that will fully dry at home.
Materials: Bring an old hand towel and an old bath towel.
Material fee: $5.00 to instructor
